These are primarily resistive heating loads with the possible addition of small motors for fans, spits, etc.  If there are no motors or they are all single phase types then a phase converter is not required.  The  heating elements can be re-arranged for direct single phase if 230V types or single phase via a step-up transformer if 400V types.

If the specification is 3 x 230V or similar, rather than 3-phase 400V or similar, then a phase converter should NOT be used as this is not a true three phase machine.
